Refund & Returns

At Kammal Kada, we want you to love your purchase. If there’s a problem, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1) Return Eligibility
♦ Necklaces: Return within 7 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
♦ Earrings: Non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless:
You receive a damaged/defective item, or
A wrong product was delivered. (Report within 48 hours with photos/unboxing video.)
♦ Personalized or custom-made items: non-returnable unless defective.
2) Return Process
♦ Contact us at thekammalkada@gmail.com / +917356108709 with your order ID and photos.
♦ Once approved, return the item securely packed.
♦ Buyer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
3) Refunds
♦ After receiving and inspecting the return, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer (for COD).
♦ Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
4) Exchanges
♦ If stock is available, you may exchange for the same or a different design.
5) Cancellations
♦ Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once dispatched, follow the return process.
