By shopping with Kammal Kada, you agree to the following:

1) Orders & Payments

♦ Prices are in INR only. 
♦ Payment methods: UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, COD (if available). 
♦ Orders are accepted once confirmed and dispatched.

2) Products

♦ All products sold by Kammal Kada are imitation/fashion jewellery, not made of real gold, silver, or precious stones. 
♦ Jewellery is intended for personal adornment and styling purposes only. 
♦ We try our best for accurate descriptions, but slight variations in colour/finish may occur. 
♦ Handmade pieces may have minor differences, adding to their uniqueness. 
♦ Natural fading or wear over time is expected in imitation jewellery and is not considered a defect.

3) Cancellations & Refunds

♦ Cancellations accepted before dispatch only. 
♦ Refunds and returns are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.

4) Intellectual Property

♦ All content (images, designs, brand name) belongs to Kammal Kada. Do not copy without permission.

5) Limitation of Liability

♦ Products are provided “as is.” 
♦ We are not responsible for indirect losses (like courier delays). 
♦ We are not liable for resale value, hallmark certification, or investment value. 
♦ We are not responsible for any allergies or skin reactions caused by materials used in imitation jewellery. 
♦ Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

6) Governing Law

♦ These terms are governed by the laws of India. 
♦ Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Cherukole/Alappuzha courts.
